AG Club Is Just Here to Have a Damn Good Time in 'BRODIE WORLD'

Let’s just admit it: we all want to be in the club. Filling the boy act void we so desperately needed, the Bay Area’s AG Club is everyone’s favorite secret, though the secret is certainly starting to get out.

Following their electric Coachella set this year, Baby Boy and Jody Fontaine have been the topic on everyone’s radar. Visually stunning and deeply immersive, their latest project BRODIE WORLD is a multisensory experience. Manny, aka 777MEDIA, serves as their go-to director for visuals, employing stunts, narrative, and high fashion to bring their universe alive.

The 10-track project also enlists acts like Mike Dimes, Igwe Aka, Mercury, and Hippie Sabotage, lending to a buoyant sound that’s dynamic and youthfully spirited. If there’s one thing we can count on with AG Club’s catalog, it’s to serve as a reminder that you’re never too old to be young.

Lead single “Barry,” the Linden Jay-produced anthem that dabbles in Latin notes, sets a lively tone for the record, because ultimately, AG Club is just here to have fun. What makes them so infectious is their inability to be contained, and how much fun they’re having while rapping about a lifestyle we can barely conceptualize.

In the works since mid-2023, tracks like “KUROSAWA” and “CAHJ DAY*” prove meticulous time was spent deciding who they are now, amidst the world projecting comparisons to acts like A$AP Mob, Odd Future, and BROCKHAMPTON. They’ve perfected the art of doing their own thing, using different styles, textures, and Bay Area bounce to offer a simple yet captivating sound that will glide us into a sticky summer.
