keltiey and skaiwater Get to "Kn0" One Another in Groovy New Single

Houston’s keltiey and UK’s skaiwater team up on the disco-reminiscent track “Kn0,” skating through funk and being unapologetically themselves.

Opening with a signature The Neptunes four-count, “Kn0” is a groovy, psychedelic R&B track that not only platforms keltiey’s vocal ability but her range as a blossoming artist. Being known as the mastermind behind one of TikTok’s most viral sounds is a confining weight to bear, especially when your consequential audience expects you to maintain the very sound that brought you to them. “Kn0” feels like a deliberate departure from Jersey club, though she still maintains her Y2K essence with iconic candied wrists.

The single pairs with a Whipalo-directed music video, where we see the duo bask in playfulness and droptop freedom. Afro and oversized fur coat in tow, skaiwater’s quick and amorous verse is the perfect garnish for the single, as keltiey hypnotizes with sultry vocals. It’s no wonder the two have such collaborative harmony, with skaiwater producing her viral track “need,” which has gone on to surpass 15 million streams on Spotify.

As we gear up for a potential full-length project from the songstress, and continue to watch skaiwater set festival stages ablaze across the EU, we’re gratefully well-fed with “Kn0” and eager for what’s yet to come.
