Five For Friday: Sleater Kinney, Tei Shi, Black Atlass, Les Sins, & BenZel

Sleater Kinney - Bury Our Friends

Talk about a chorus. Sleater’s latest single off their upcoming album No Cities to Love simply shreds. Not to mention, this video features author/artist Miranda July, giving us just another reason to love Carrie Brownstein.

Tei Shi - See Me

Earlier this year, Ones To Watch band Glass Animals featured singer-songwriter Tei Shi on their track “Holiest.” The tables now turn for Tei Shi’s newest single “See Me,” which was produced by Dave Bayley, frontman for Glass Animals.

BenZel - Touch ft. Ryn Weaver

New York by way of Osaka producing duo have a gem on their hands with their new track, “Touch,” featuring Ryn Weaver. Let this be the track that puts them on your radar, but feel free to browse their SoundCloud for more.

Black Atlass - Jewels

Black Atlass builds out sensational choruses on a slightly darker note than How To Dress Well and Perfume Genius. His new EP Young Bloods is accompanied by this video for the single “Jewels,” which is as mesmerizing visually as it sounds.

Les Sins - Why ft. Nate Salman

Sure, this is the third week in a row we’ve featured Les Sins on our Five For Friday post but we’re not apologizing or anything. His latest collaboration with vocalist Nate Salman is a perfect disco-funk formula for starting off your weekend right.
