Listen To XYLØ’s Heartbreaking New Single, “I Still Wait For You”

Electro pop brother-sister duo XYLØ’s newest single is quintessential of the Los Angeles-based group’s brooding tales on love lost.

With stormy vocals by vocalist Paige Duddy and production from older brother Chase Duddy, “I Still Wait For You” poetically captures unrequited love in the digital age. Paige croons, “Lately I can’t sleep, I flip the pillow/Tossing and turning and checking my cellphone,” over a skittering, bass-infused beat, until a whooshing drop gives the track new life.

The single’s pop inflections are reminiscent of XYLØ’s recent collaboration with The Chainsmokers on “Setting Fires,” which blew up last year and amassed over 85.5 million streams on Spotify.

Although XYLØ had a huge 2016 supporting The Naked And Famous on tour, amongst numerous other high profile accomplishments, they aren’t slowing down any time soon. Paige and Chase recently played Air + Style in their hometown of LA, and they will head east this summer to play Mysteryland USA Festival and Electric Forest.
