The new track comes from SZA’s hotly anticipated debut, Z,  which arrived in the world today. Just a year ago, the lone lady repping the TDE crew was still working at a Sephora in New York. In 2011, on the strength of her sultry, aching voice, the songstress nabbed the attention of TDE President plus Lamar, who’s star was just beginning its massive ascent in history. She’s come a long way since this first connection at CMJ, and we’re certain this is just the beginning of her own rise. Listen below:

April 6, 2014   Brooklyn electronic duo ASTR have remixed the hell out Missisippi rapper Big K.R.I.T.’s “Just Last Week.” The team with a penchant for Drake remakes morphs the original song, which featured Future, into a speedier, neon-glowing version of itself, almost a perfect cut for soundtracking some badass blockbuster car chase. April 6, 2014   L.A.’s dreamy electronic duo Classixx’ single “A Stranger Love” off last year’s Hanging Gardens LP got a new visual treatment. Set in the illusory, sprawling landscape of L.A. at night, the song serves as the backdrop to literally the best birthday celebration ever as a young girl and her friend sneak into drive-ins, TP a mansion, chill by the pool, and play pretend like they’ll be young forever.
