PAPA Announces New Album, Kicking Off With “Comfort’s A Killer”

Los Angeles duo PAPA have been killing the indie rock game for years, and their latest proves they're not slowing down anytime soon.

"Comfort's A Killer" is an upbeat, danceable display of the band's multi-instrumental and vocal flare. Singer and drummer Darren Weiss shared some wise words to live by with Noisey,

"Seems to me that if you work hard enough for security and comfort in this life, you might get it. But after you do, you'll probably look around, cross eyed with boredom and say, 'What for?' When a shark stops swimming forward it's dead. Same goes for artists. And I ain't no shark, man."

The single was packaged with an announcement of the band's second album, Kick At The Dust. Pre-order ahead of the Sept. 16 release here.
