chloe moriondo is very much an artist who grew up alongside her legion of fans, transforming from budding ukulele YouTube sensation to critically-acclaimed genre-spanning icon before their very eyes. In many ways, it was a gradual transition that embodied much of the coming-of-age themes moriondo writes about in beautifully painful, candid, and empathetic fashion. Hot off the release of her major-label debut album, Bloody Bunny, we had the chance to catch up with chloe at this year's lollapalooza to talk about growing up, her biggest fears, and beg the question, who is chloe moriondo?
