Coast Through A Dreamy Summer with Kevian Kraemer's "Tan Lines"

Kevian Kraemer continues to carve his unique niche in the indie pop landscape with the release of “Tan Lines." The single, a vibrant ode to summer romance, weaves together candid storytelling and captivating pop melodies, solidifying his position as one of the scene’s most promising new talents.

The single washes over the listener like a gentle, breezy wave as layers of dreamy synth, infectious guitar riffs, rich bass grooves, and steady percussion chime in one by one. Kraemer's soothing vocals join the buoyant production seamlessly, painting a vivid scene of first love, flirty smiles, and the invigorating energy of endless summer nights. On the endorphin-rush inducing choruses, Kraemer calls the woman of his dreams "heaven sent" and basks in the way that she makes him feel, calling himself lucky to know and love her.

On the track Kevian shares, "'Tan Lines' is my attempt to capture that unique feeling of falling for someone in the summer — when everything feels a little more exciting. I wrote it with a sense of reverence for this person and the rush that comes with newfound love."

The new single builds on the success of Kraemer’s recent EP Jersey or Mars, a cinematic and emotionally layered project that includes standout tracks like “Don’t You Dare” and “Rearview.” It also marks a strong close to the artist's first national headline outing, The Jersey or Mars Tour, wrapping with a special show at the House of Independents in Asbury Park, NJ. The tour featured sold-out stops in New York City and Los Angeles and included several venue upgrades due to high demand.
