Two singles in one month?! Jonah Yano strikes again with yet another laidback track that continues to give form to his intriguing musical direction and vision. Following the Japanese-Canadian's recent collaboration with BADBADNOTGOOD, Yano has joined forces with Vancouver producer Nono for a pacifying tune called "perfume."

An all-around atmospheric track, "perfume" is about someone who makes you feel so captivated, likening the emotional attachment to the comforting scent of perfume. Drizzled with dynamic bass lines and distorted vocals, "perfume" maintains a sense of instrumental minimalism that is incredibly difficult to come by in the contemporary music scene. With Nono's exemplary production skills, "perfume" impeccably embodies the free spirit that Yano is.

On "perfume" and collaborating with Jonah Yano, Nono reflected,

"'perfume' with [Jonah Yano] is out on Thursday from his debut EP 'nervous,' which is coming in June and is beautiful and I'm glad I got to be a part of it."
