From the halcyon days alongside Tyler, the Creator on his 2021 banger “RUNITUP” to his string of 2023 features assisting artists like Don Toliver and Travis Scott, few artists have consistently refused to play it safe like Teezo has, and today his hard work pays off. How Do You Sleep At Night?, the debut album from the Texas artist has finally arrived, and with it, fans are treated to over a dozen new tracks from one of culture’s most iconoclastic figures.

Over a mere 39-minute runtime, Teezo explores a wide musical register that spans across pop-punk abrasion, hip-hop charisma, and R&B intimacy, each sound held together by his signature vocals and affinity for clever songwriting. When our hero delivers the brooding and meditative “Impossible,'' and then the funky and upbeat “Mood Swings” only moments later, it somehow makes sense... because Teezo is an artist who cannot be constrained to just one sound or style. On every track of How Do You Sleep At Night?, Teezo wields his vocals with unparalleled skill and dexterity as he weaves from one idea to another with expert precision and intention.
Though the wait for Teezo’s debut project has been a long one, it's safe to say that How Do You Sleep At Night? is an album that was well worth the wait.
