Boston folk-pop trio Tiny Habits have just unveiled their debut album, All For Something, conceived over two years when the band was still studying at the renowned Berklee College of Music. The 12-track release details their experiences at Berklee, the birthplace of the band, telling stories of the undeniable bond that they formed during their time there and how their mutual interests and irrefutable talent resulted in a friendship unlike any other. As they reflect back on these times, the trio share some of their most authentic work to date, with All For Something chronicling their fondest memories, hardest challenges, impressive growth as a band, and ultimately their friendship as a whole.

Cinya shares, “I learned so much about myself throughout the making of this record and became so much closer to the habs as well, which is a gift I will never be able to comprehend,” with Judah adding, “Making this album has really taught me so much about each of you and myself.”

The album includes tracks such as “People Always Change,” a painfully honest contemplation of the demise of a relationship and coming to terms with the fact that it has become irreparable. Over raw guitars, and a foot-stomping beat, the emotional, heart-wrenching lyrics echo in your mind, “When did I become someone I’d come to hate, when did he become someone who’d walk away?”

Then there is “Wishes,” a deeply personal track that takes a dive into the band’s individual insecurities, touching on everything from family relationships to body image to mental health. While the song stems from their own struggles, through the use of relatable lyrics we’re able to connect with the trio, sharing our emotions and finding solace in their honesty.

Known for their mesmeric harmonies, which have been praised by the likes of Justin Timberlake, David Crosby, Phoebe Bridgers and Elton John, Tiny Habits have crafted a potent concoction with All For Something, where their ethereal sounds and hypnotic, calming melodies will remedy all your worries away.
