Wilder Woods' Tour Leaves the Crowd With Stars in Their Eyes and Soul in Their Hearts [TOUR DIARY]

image

When drama meets soul sensibilities and guitar-led melodies, it equals power. And Wilder Woods  sure has a lot of it. Wilder Woods ended his summer on the road. He's currently finishing up a headlining tour across the US. Bear Rinehart, who pulls his stage name from his two sons, Wilder and Woods Rinehart, decided to do things differently this time around. After relocating his family to Nashville to work with legendary songwriters and indie-pop producer Gabe Simon, Woods' sound became less digital and much more acoustic.

His self titled debut album, Wilder Woods, dropped on Aug 9. Fueled by Rinehart's natural gratitude for the vibe of old school music and Simon's appreciation for pop adjacent harmonies, the project became a hit. It's a very pure record, something ridiculously fit for vinyl. Consequently, it was an album that demanded a live set.

Wilder Woods definitely know how to put on a show. If you caught them this fall, you already know. But for those who don't, go on and jump behind the scenes with Woods and his band in the photo series below and peek at some of the moments that made this tour so special. And for those who do already know, let's reminisce shall we?
