Who Is Trevor Daniel?

We sat down with the rapidly rising artist to get the story behind his debut album Nicotine, "Falling" blowing up on TikTok, working with FINNEAS, and figure out exactly who is Trevor Daniel?

To the outsider, Trevor Daniel's atmospheric success may seem like a case of overnight success. The Houston, Texas singer, songwriter, and producer currently stands at over 25 million monthly listeners on Spotify, largely in part due to the resurgence of his breakout single "Falling," which got a second wave on video sharing platform TikTok. The platform catapulted to the top of the Spotify US Viral 50 chart, entered the Top 20 in over 40 countries, and peaked at #25 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Yet, before this tidal wave of success, Daniel was carving out a niche for himself, bridging the world of electro-R&B and balladic pop since his teen years. Now, with the release of his major label debut album, Nicotine, Daniel is ready to capture the sound of a genreless generation.
