"I wrote this song at 17, at a time in my life where everything to do with falling in love was incredibly cringe and despicable, ha!" shares Bea about the song. "So I basically turned the whole song into a joke to mirror the fact that I thought I was a joke of a human being for lowkey falling in love with this guy I'd been seeing for 3 days, LOL! Hence the 'I'm a wetwipe' line. He dumped me soon after, but at least I got the song! This song is definitely for the people who think they're super badass and cold-hearted, but deep down, they're absolute suckers for a bit of romance."
The track follows February's single "Me Against My Head," a heartfelt ballad that finds Bea opening up her innermost insecurities for the world to see.
