Rachel Wammack Takes Us Backstage at Her First Stagecoach [TOUR DIARY]

image

The future of country is female and you need look no further than rising country star Rachel Wammack for proof. The 24-year-old Muscle Shoals, Alabama native captures the rich musical history of her hometown, while still finding the space to touch upon uniquely modern and personal sentiments. With the release of her debut EP, Enough, earlier this year, Wammack stirred up a frenzy of critical praise and landed herself on 2019's Stagecoach lineup alongside such infamous names in country like Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean.

From being named as one of Rolling Stone's "10 New Country Artists You Need to Know" and CMT's "Next Women of Country" to one of our "Ones to Catch" at Stagecoach this year, it was our pleasure to catch up with the future of country in an exclusive tour diary. Wammack was kind enough to take us with her on the journey to and through her first Stagecoach in these behind-the-scenes photos.
