Rahli Pays Tribute to His Loved Ones in "Ooh Child"

Hip-hop newcomer Rahli just dropped his debut mixtape Dellwood Market this fall. He quickly burst onto the scene due to his unorthodox authenticity and hard-hitting lyrics. The young St. Louis born rapper is slowly but surely gaining notoriety, especially since boldly releasing visuals for almost all of the songs on his mixtape. One of his final vignettes is for "Ooh Child," which saw the rapper take on a much smoother and raw persona.

The video pays tribute to the artists’ late friend. Comprehensively, it's an ode to those he's lost in his lifetime, a remembrance of those closest to Rahli. The camera passes by framed pictures of friends that sit upon the shelf. Rahli lights candles in their memory at the video's start. In between shots of the rapper's midwestern neighborhood, there are faded clips of his younger self dancing and playing around with friends. With "Ooh Child," Rahli definitely debuts an even more personal side to himself.
