20-year-old indie bedroom pop artist Rocco goes from down on his luck to finally finding his beloved in his charming new love song, "Sunny." Taken from his forthcoming EP, Her Favorite Flowers, the track is complete with gentle guitar plucks, jazzy piano keys, and plush percussion.

"Sunny" opens with warm, sun-drenched instrumentation, ushering in Rocco's sweet vocals. He admits that he yearns for someone to come along and hold his hand and "...find their way to my heart" as layers of swirling dance-worthy sonics lace his dulcet, lulling voice, weaving through each other like a cozy auditory blanket. He expresses his longing for someone to be by his side in the best and worst times, only for that someone to suddenly appear.

To his surprise, his beloved walks into his life, and they feel "No more cloudy days" and the sun on their skin, further endearingly comparing their unexpected arrival to getting hit by a truck. Joyously, he sweetly coos to his lover, "But now the sun shines above, the skies are blue / When it's me and you." As the track comes to a close, he confesses that his troubles have all faded away, as the music swells one last time and fades to a finish.

In addition to the new single, Rocco has announced plans for a handful of headlining dates in August. Starting on the East Coast in NYC, the young singer-songwriter will go through the South and Midwest before returning to the West Coast and performing in San Diego on August 26 at House of Blues.
