Sam Fender Artistically Unpacks One-Night Stands with "Will We Talk?" Ahead of Debut Album

Sam Fender's pensive lyrics, liberating melodies, and healing guitar chords will leave you feeling reborn. With several upcoming festival appearances including Lollapalooza, a slew of already-sold-out tour dates across the UK, and his debut album, Hypersonic Missiles, set to drop in September, big things are in store for the working-class guitarist. A 25-year-old from the North of England with a passion for good old-fashioned rock n roll, Fender recorded his new album in his self-built warehouse studio with the help of long-time friend and collaborator  Bramwell Bronte.

Dashing good looks, powerful vocals, and guitar expertise aren't the only things Fender has going for him. He also has an uncanny talent for getting right to the heart of the social issues that govern and plague our society. He uses his music as a vessel through which he may pose new questions and reopen political discussions.

"Will We Talk?" seems to tug at the complications of one night stands, offering a hopeful perspective that a casual one-nighter might have the potential to turn into something more. Fender's deeply resonant James Bay-like vocals soar over the strings and electric guitars, asking,  "If you dance with me darling/If you take me home/Will we talk in the morning?“

Fender has already made his late-night television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live! where he performed the title track from his forthcoming album and shared thoughts about his growing fanbase and musical popularity. "Will We Talk?" is the final single before the new album release, preceded by the album's title track, the contemplative  "That Sound," and the  critical  "Play God." This analytical Englishman is bound to spearhead a new age of socially-conscious, enlightening alt-rock.
