DWLLRS Return With the Lovesick New Single "You"

The pop duo DWLLRS has been one of the most exciting new artists of the past year.   Made up of vocalist Bren Eissman, and producer/songwriter, Joey Spurgeon, the San Clemente artists made waves for their optimistic outlook, boundary pushing production style, and catchy hooks. Their recent singles  "Iced Coffee,"  "And Then We'll Be Alright," and  "We're All Just Falling And Flying" are perfect introductions to the group and showcase their versatility and consistency.

DWLLRS are back with their most emotive track yet, "You." The instrumental is dreamy and atmospheric with clear hip-hop influence. Bren Eissman's vocals on  "You" are beautifully emotional as he continues to experiment with vocal pitching and rapped verses. The lyrical content of the track details a reflection of lost love with lines such as   "I don't wanna check my phone. Cause to me no one's calling unless the call is from you."

"You" shows another side to the complex artistic vision of DWLLRS - one more introspective and emotionally vulnerable. The single is not only lyrically focused and contemplative, but also one of their most catchy.  "You" shows off once again how consistent and inventive the duo is as they continue to build their discography. Be on the look out for more new music from DWLLRS as they remain one of the most exciting new artists.
