Conrad Hsiang, better known under the moniker Public Library Commute, is a multi-talented indie-pop star in the making. The New Jersey native has been working alongside other alternative artists such as Surfaces, Healy, and khai dreams, but his sound and style is distinct. Self-produced songs such as  "Summertime" and  "You Been On My Mind" cement the new artist as an inventive and versatile visionary within the scene.

All of this success has built towards his newest release and 2021 introduction, "Moonlight." The track is also produced by Public Library Commute himself and features some of his most soulful and emotive production to date. The writing of the track effectively pulls you into a nostalgic memory that he helps create.  "Moonlight" carries the feeling of old school sounds, but these styles are contextualized for present day with his atmospheric and dreamlike vocals. Public Library Commute's vocal performance is a stand out on the song for its magnetic, soothing, and stunning qualities.

On  "Moonlight," Public Library Commute continues his winning streak.  "Moonlight" is a must-listen for fans of the artist and the perfect introduction for those who are unfamiliar.
