With an earworm reminiscent of Aqua's "Barbie Girl" and S3RL's far more short-lived "Pretty Rave Girl," a 19-year-old rapper out of Richmond, Virginia self-funded his Billboard debut, "Party Girl." Blending emotion and melody with a laidback flow, StaySolidRocky is climbing the Billboard Hot 100 with no end in sight, originally debuting at No. 84 and now finding himself at No. 26. So, who or what is to thank for StaySolidRocky's meteoric rise?
