Charlie Burg - "To Dance Is To Love" [Live + Interview] | All Eyes On

Charlie Burg self-describes his sound as "indie R&B - influenced rock." Pair that with a noted literary influence inspired by a gifted collection of Ralph Waldo Emerson poems, and you have a musical scope that is as broad as it is inventive. It is an enthralling amalgamation that finds the common ground between the intellectualism of Vampire Weekend and the innate dance-inducing charm of Toro y Moi, and one we were beyond happy to showcase as part of our latest "All Eyes On" showcase.

Delving into a live rendition of the aptly-titled "To Dance Is To Love" from his EP Three, Fever, the New York-based artist had us wrapped up in his spell. And be sure to stick around as we speak with Burg on how he found his sound through Motown and Emerson, a missed connection with Sam Smith, and so much more.

Catch Charlie Burg  currently supporting Ashe on her first headlining tour presented by Ones To Watch!
