One of New Zealand's hottest producers, BAYNK is a true success story that never seems to end. Jock Nowell-Usticke, the mastermind behind BAYNK, earned a degree in chemical engineering years ago, but now he's performing to some of the biggest crowds at notable music festivals like Lollapalooza, HARD, and Life Is Beautiful.

Not only does BAYNK fully produce his own impressive discography, but he also takes it upon himself to program his own thrilling show lights and direct all artwork designs. Following 2017's Someone's EP I, BAYNK has just unveiled his highly-anticipated Someone's EP II, which includes collaborations with Sinéad Harnett and Glades.

The seven-track EP opens with "Water," a downtempo offering drenched with captivating synths all around. BAYNK enlists Ones To Watch darling Sinéad Harnett for the sensuous "Settle," which showcases BAYNK's tight arrangement layered with Harnett's rich vocals. Teaming up with Hazey Eyes for the production on "go with u," BAYNK blends sharp guitar plucks with organic clapping to evoke a sense of serenity.

Whereas "INT. II" is a purely instrumental track with defining percussion and enticing bass lines, "Off Limits" is an upbeat feel-good song featuring Glades with intriguing brass elements. "Summer" sees BAYNK experimenting with more jazzy soundscapes as Hablot Brown lends flawless falsetto to the synth-heavy track. Someone's EP II closes with "Shatter," a haunting tune featuring Martin Luke Brown.
