Sachi Admires Internal Beauty Over Superficial Facades on "Rich Girls"

It is incredibly difficult to fabricate natural talent. Thankfully, for the Los Angeles based artistry of Sachi, this isn't a problem. The singer-songwriter is blessed with truly impressive vocal range, leaving you in awe each time he brandishes his gift. His blend of pop, R&B and alternative is a charming combination that is structured around the complexity of the human spirit. Although fairly new on the scene, Sachi's limited discography showcases an overwhelming theme, quality over quantity.

Sachi's latest single, "Rich Girls," follows in the footsteps of his previous release's thematic lineage. A dreamy opening sets the tone for the testimonial record that champions equity of a person's spirit rather than superficial facades– money, popularity or fame. Sachi looks past "the rich girls with the bags and the pearls," choosing those, "with the pretty laugh, the smile and the curls." The bass-driving production of the record sets a lively tone that allows Sachi to truly show-off his talents. The subtle crackle in his voice during peaking ballads adds a deeper level of authenticity to his already relatable lyrics. We had the chance to speak to Sachi about what his latest single means to him, and he shared,

"'Rich Girls' is basically me telling a girl that she doesn't need to be rich, popular or famous to be loved and appreciated. It's a universal message to anyone that doesn't feel they aren't good enough."

This is the gifted vocalist's third official single release on digital streaming platforms coming on the heels of his previously released, piano-lead single, "I Miss You." Whether strumming a guitar or riding a beat, Sachi delivers each and every time. His fluidity and self-awareness as an artist impressed us long before we knew the power-packed punch of his vocal stylings. If his previous offerings are any indication, we will most likely see a visual accompaniment to his latest single sooner rather than later. Needless to say, we will be watching him very closely.
