Now, the 20-year-old artist is aiming to take her clear star power to an international stage. Releasing her English-language debut single, "Please Don't Suck," to widespread acclaim, Kirel wasted no time in following it up with the equally impressive "Bad Little Thing." We had the chance to ring up the future worldwide pop phenom to answer the all-important "Who Is Noa Kirel?"
